Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00 – New York) are processed the same day. All products go through a short processing period before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect an estimated delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding should a delay occur. We will, of course, keep you informed and always aim to minimize any delays.
